The $30 commission fee pays for the studio submission, candidate generation, studio selection, a screen-resolution portrait and one accuracy correction requested within 30 days of reveal.

The studio aims to release the portrait within 36 working hours. Studio working and release hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific. A reveal is held for at least 12 elapsed hours after payment.

Studio's Choice allows The Motor Archive to choose the Plate and orientation. If you choose a Plate, candidate work concentrates on that Plate.

The studio may decline a commission it cannot complete to an acceptable standard. In that case the $30 commission fee is refunded to the original payment method.

The included correction covers factual accuracy in the car, such as wheels, trim, badges or other identifying details. It does not include a change of taste, Plate or general mood. The studio assesses the request before producing a corrected portrait. A correction must be requested before placing the print order.

A print is optional and is offered only after reveal. The paid commission fee is credited once against a print of that commission's selected portrait. Live format, framing, delivery and total price are shown before print checkout.
